The council is seeking a single contractor to provide a stairlift and hoist maintenance service across its property portfolio in Greater Manchester. This is a re-advertisement of an opportunity previously published in December 2024.

Tender overview

The contract is intended to support the ongoing servicing and upkeep of lifting equipment that helps residents maintain safe access within the home. This is a below-threshold open competition under the Procurement Act 2023. This tender is suitable for SMEs and VCSEs, alongside other providers able to deliver stairlift and hoist maintenance services.
