New tender opportunity for BHTA members in the home adaptations sector

BHTA members specialising in home adaptations are encouraged to review a new public sector tender opportunity announced by Trivallis, a community mutual housing association based in South Wales. The contract seeks experienced providers for the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of specialist adaptations including stairlifts, hoists, platform lifts, specialist baths, and specialist toilets.

Trivallis, which provides homes for approximately 25,000 people across Rhondda Cynon Taff, Cardiff Bay, and surrounding areas, is looking to appoint a contractor with proven expertise in delivering these essential services to support residents’ safety, independence, and wellbeing. The successful supplier will also be expected to deliver demonstrable social value as part of the contract.
