Tender opportunity: North Tyneside council seeks level access shower contractors

North Tyneside Borough Council is procuring a framework for the supply, installation, and completion of level access showers, together with associated bathroom adaptation works. The framework will be used by the contracting authority only, with call-offs awarded through competition. Up to eight suppliers will be appointed to the framework. Contractors will need to work in occupied homes, manage resident communication carefully, and complete installations with minimal disruption while meeting relevant compliance and quality requirements.
