BHTA members involved in medical equipment, emergency care technology, servicing, maintenance, and associated training are encouraged to review a new tender opportunity from London Ambulance Service NHS Trust for defibrillators and associated equipment.
The trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide defibrillator monitors, associated equipment, parts, and services across its London ambulance service operations.
London Ambulance Service NHS Trust is procuring two types of defibrillator monitors: a core defibrillator/monitor and a critical care monitor. The contract also includes associated services over the contract term, including delivery, installation, training, servicing, maintenance, and support.
This is a competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023.
The contract includes the right to additional purchases while the contract is valid, as detailed in the procurement documents.
The evaluation weighting is technical envelope 70 percent and commercial envelope 30 percent.
