The total estimated contract value is £2.5 million (excluding VAT), with an initial term of three years and the potential to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. The anticipated contract start date is 1 June 2026, with completion expected by 31 May 2029 (or 31 May 2031 if extended).
The opportunity is open to multiple contractors capable of delivering works across Guildford’s housing stock, which includes around 5,300 dwellings comprising houses, flats, and sheltered housing schemes. Successful bidders will operate on a rotational basis to ensure borough-wide coverage.
