Tender opportunity: Stroud District Council seeks contractor for accessible home refurbishment

The tender covers the refurbishment and adaptation of a vacant council-owned bungalow in Gloucestershire. The project will convert the existing two-bedroom property into a one-bedroom accessible home designed to meet enhanced mobility requirements.
