The tender will be evaluated on quality at 50 percent, price at 45 percent, and social value at 5 percent.
Tenders must be submitted electronically through the EU Supply procurement portal.
Questions must be submitted by 5pm on 24 August 2026, and the tender submission deadline is 12pm on 9 September 2026.
