Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council is establishing a framework for domestic bathroom adaptations and intends to appoint two contractors. No minimum volume or value of work is guaranteed.

Works will include the supply and installation of level access showers and shower over baths in domestic properties. Associated works may include the installation of sanitary ware, grab rails, shower seats, shower curtains, and related accessibility features.

Call-off orders will be allocated between the appointed contractors on a rotational basis, without further competition. The framework will be used by Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council only.
