Tender opportunity: Stoke-on-Trent City Council seeks contractors for home adaptations

BHTA members involved in home adaptations and accessibility works may be interested in a £3.9 million framework from Stoke-on-Trent City Council, which is seeking up to three contractors to deliver alterations at council-owned properties.

The framework covers level access showers, bathroom and kitchen adaptations, door widening, handrail installation, and ramped access. The works will be delivered under a JCT 2024 Measured Term Contract.
