Updated BHTA Code of Practice & Compliance Checks

Last Updated on 13/03/2025 by Samantha Lewis

Join Nigel Woods, BHTA Member Compliance Manager, and Bill Lee, BHTA Head of Policy & Compliance, for a guided tour of the updated Code, followed by Q&A.

For the first time since its inception, BHTA has updated its Code of Practice.  We refocused the Code on customer experience – treating customers fairly and practicalities of selling/serving the health tech/AT sector – and modernised the Compliance Checks via which we measure members’ operation of the Code.

*Please note: Registration to this webinar is only available to members of the BHTA

If you are unable to attend, be sure to register anyway to receive a copy of the slides and recording after the event.
