The Benefits of Trusted Assessment

Last Updated on 13/03/2024 by Millie York

Join Clare Barber from TACT from 1pm to 2pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024 to learn more about Trusted Assessor accredited training programmes.

Trusted Assessors have been a stable part of many local authorities for years, but how can this role support BHTA members? This webinar will look at the history of Trusted Assessors, policy and legislation to support the approach and examine how trusted assessors in a retail environment have supported new opportunities and a positive customer experience.

We recommend this session for anyone in the retail space who is curious about improving their client services and supporting older/disabled people’s access to home adaptations.

We look forward to seeing you there!

*Please note: Registration to this webinar is only available to members of the BHTA

If you are unable to attend, be sure to register anyway to receive a copy of the slides and recording after the event.
