Membership, Events & Policy Administrator

Katie joined the BHTA after spending three and a half years working in retail, where she developed strong customer service and people‑focused skills. Her experience in team leadership helped her build confidence, organisational ability, and a passion for supporting others.

Always academically driven, Katie enjoys roles where she can learn, grow, and take on new challenges. While studying for her Level 3 qualification in Business and Finance, she volunteered weekly at a local infant school, where she discovered how much she values helping others and making a positive difference.

Outside of work, Katie loves to read and is a keen baker. Katie and her partner enjoy visiting theme parks with friends and travelling abroad to explore new places. A devoted animal lover, she often visits her family home to spend time with the dogs, Dudley and Charlie.

Katie is excited to be at the BHTA early in her career, where she can continue developing her skills and contribute to an industry that makes a meaningful difference.
