Nigel joined the BHTA in March 2013, bringing with him a strong background in the retail sector and extensive customer service experience. He provides expertise and guidance on consumer legislation, competition legislation, the BHTA Code of Practice, and compliance matters for the Association and its members.

In his spare time, Nigel enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors.
